At Clitheroe I work from a modern, clean and bright business centre called Fern Court.

My room is called ‘The Studio’ and is on the lower ground floor of the building.

Fern Court is situated behind a row of shops on Moor Lane (B6478) – which is one of the main town centre shopping streets in Clitheroe.

There are two entrances to Fern Court from Moor Lane but only one of them is the main entrance which is the entrance that you need to use, here I will try to explain:

If walking up Moor Lane from the Sainsbury’s end, then the first entrance you will come across will be a small pedestrian snicket/ginnel, this is NOT the entrance to be used. You need to continue walking up Moor Lane until you reach the top where you can see the castle to your left and the United Reformed Church to your right. Here you will see a track road called Castle Gate on your left hand side and at the end of this track road you will see a shop called ‘Up and Running’.

Walk down this track road and you will see the main entrance to Fern Court business centre and upon entering there is a reception to your right and a waiting area straight in front with a settee and magazines to read whilst waiting for me.

I will come to the waiting area to collect you and then take you to our room.

If your session is outside normal reception hours then there will not be a reception service and the door will be locked but there is a bell for you to press and I will come and let you in.

There is no parking at Fern Court but there are several car parks in the Town Centre and the town can also be accessed by both bus and train services. Fern Court Business Centre is approximately a 15 minute walk from both the bus and train station.

Sainsbury’s supermarket has 2hrs free parking for Sainsbury’s customers for your information.
